Airport

Perth Airport is 12 kilometres from the Sheraton Perth Hotel and easily accessed via taxi. Alternatively you may wish to catch a shuttle bus which will drop you at various hotels located within walking distance of the venue.

Accommodation

As the Sheraton Perth Hotel is located in the city centre it is only a short stroll to a variety of hotels to suit all budgets. Please refer to alternative accommodation list.

Cars – zoom zoom around Perth and WA

You require an international licence or licence from your own country to hire a car. Cars are right hand drive and the rule of the road is to keep to the left. We recommend Budget, a car hire company that offers great service and competitive rates. Others to choose from include Europcar, Avis and Hertz.

Currency - show me the money

View our exchange rate converter. Most international credit cards are accepted in Australia e.g. VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Diners etc. Thomas Cook and American Express travellers cheques are widely accepted at all banks and hotels. It is recommended that travellers cheques in major currencies be used (US, Euro, Yen, Canadian, Rand etc.).

Dress for success

The dress for the seminar is smart casual – short sleeved polo tops, long trousers, long/short sleeved shirts. Don’t forget to pack your bathers for a swim in the ocean!

Food, glorious food

Please notify the ACG if you have any special dietary requirements. The cost of the lunches, morning and afternoon teas is included in the registration fee.
